Discussion about One Beacon Court at 151 East 58th Street in Sutton Place
So--approximately 15% of the units in this building are either for sale or rent, and the average psft price for the 10 units for sale is in excess of $4000 (which is up $500 from average closed sale prices). Hmmm--is this a poster child for "out of touch with reality" or what?
