we looked around recently and were generally impressed with the interiors and level of finishes (exterior is a bit bland)-- only a few units in contract thus far. the area is not the greatest but very convenient to the C train-- any locals with more info on the area or ideas (besides the obvious) as to why more units haven't been sold would be appreciated.
