This listing surprised me. Owner initially listed for just over $1.0 million and now down to $799k. Sold for just over $1 million in 2015. Condo fees and taxes are crushing at over $2200/month, keep in mind this is just a one bedroom. Is this representative of the date of the market relative to 2015.
