How well does the AC work?

Discussion about Stewart House at 70 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village
I see that the building has convector units and thus cool air in the summer from chillers (method from the 60s that a lot of white brick buildings have). My question for anyone who knows: how well do they work? Are the convectors powerful enough to keep the apartments cool?
