horrible rental company, avoid at all costs

The Dalan Management company has been unresponsive for the entirety of our lease. Nobody replies to our phone calls or emails. Their management of leases and payments is disorganized and unprofessional. The management also asks tenants to submit positive reviews on google in exchange for a month discount of amenity fees. Rents will rise about 10% each year and you will not be able to contact anyone to negotiate. The management never returns security deposits and you will need to pursue legal action with the Small Claims Court if you ever want your money back. I would avoid Dalan Management at all costs.
