If you are looking to rent in this building, please beware as the heating in this building is insufficient. The heat barely goes above 68 in the middle of winter and your electric bill will be consistently $600+. Factor that into your rental price. Management is poor, landlord will refuse to work with you. Tenants in this building do not last longer than 1 lease cycle as the living conditions are so poor.
