Noise

Hi there, I am living here now. I just wanted to warn people about this street and building. The noise from the street is unbearable. This building has very old windows and the noise seeps right in. All throughout the year, all throughout the day - the people on the street will be blasting music from speakers, cars etc. I have lived in NYC for 7 years, multiple neighborhoods - and have never lived somewhere this noisy. This is not an exaggeration. I am a heavy sleeper, but this is insane. Additionally the Leasing agent is going to make you pay a fee of two months rent which is absurd for the condition of the building. I will be moving out, just wanted to make people think twice before they move in to a building that is not taken care of.
