Do not move to this building

The management in this building is terrible. Maintenance requests take at least two weeks to address; there is no central air; the heating system is inconsistent and causes loud banging that sounds like a hammer is being beat into the wall at all hours of the night/day. We moved into this unit in June last year and have had issues the entire time. They also have a pest problem but do not mandate an exterminator to come every month. Further, packages are frequently stolen, and management has done nothing to remedy the issue. The apartments look nice, but the appliances are faulty and break easily. They definitely just put fresh paint over broken units. You can get a much nicer, better-managed apartment for a similar price in this area. I do not recommend moving here.
