Terrible Living Situation

There's a lot to say about this place but the bottom line is that I strongly recommend avoiding this landlord. Lack of privacy, loud screaming on a frequent basis, harassment from basement tenant (her son), police and EMTs called frequently for domestic disputes, issues with heat/hot water (not hot enough and runs out within minutes). Landlord doesn't think that the laws apply to her and will argue with you about basics for standard of living. Landlord ignored requests for repairs for months and has zero regard for fire safety - stairwells and hallways are filled with plants, posing serious trip hazards. I wish I saw the previous posts to avoid this place before signing the lease. If you value your privacy, peace, and quiet, AVOID!!
