I am a real estate agent, and I also have the pleasure of living in The French Building. It is by far, the best building in Sunnyside. It is a relatively intimate building one block from the train and bus. You have a sense of the caring residents when you walk into our spacious and impressive lobby. They layouts feature the largest apartments in Sunnyside. One bedrooms have large entry foyers, and large eat-in kitchens. We have 12 two bedrooms, but they rarely become available. Most studios are spacious as well.
