Absolute nightmare of a landlord. Extremely shady. Would strongly recommend not living here. Easily the worst renting experience I've had after several years living in NY. Building is poorly maintained, they will do everything in their power to take your security deposit. Packages are constantly stolen, and the building super is incompetent.
