What is building next to Tower 58?

Discussion about Tower 58 at 58 West 58th Street in Midtown
There is construction going on next to Tower 58, between hotel AKA and Tower 58. Does anyone know what is going to be built there? Considering to make an offer but hesitate for the ongoing new construction. If it is a high rise, will block views and sunlight for all east facing units. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
