Bought into this building for a number of reasons. Great location. Whole Foods, West side Market, Trader Joes, Fairway all within a few blocks. Subway lines all around 1, 2, 3, F & M,. The staff here is great, the place is well maintained and the neighbors are all friendly. LOVE there are only 5 or less units per floor.
