Going downhill very fast

I've lived here for 3 years and just moved out last week. In the beginning, this place was amazing. Great staff, great super, excellent management, but once the building was sold that changed very quickly. Management was horrible for quite a while, though they have become much better in the past few months. Then the original super, Sammy, left and everything just went south. They've had 3 superintendents since and none of them have been up to par at all. I didn't even meet the current super until about a month after he started.And the very few times I have spoken to him he seems like he would rather be somewhere else. Morale in the building is extremely low and the whole vibe is just totally different. All of this played a huge factor in me leaving the building. I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone, not in the shape it is now. I love and miss the staff, but you can tell even they are at the end of their rope with this place. [less]
