Discussion about Georgetown Plaza at 60 East 8th Street in Greenwich Village
I see scaffolding for 300 Mercer which a ton of work starting soon. I was thinking of subletting before I bought here but who wants to live with all the noise from 300 Mercer which is literally steps away. The pool will be so noisy with all the brickwork at 300 mercer
