Discussion about The Alyn at 152 East 87th Street in Carnegie Hill

It seems like a very high end building in a "fair" location. They seem to be rolling out rentals starting in May. Prices seem high, but I'm unclear about the market for such units in such a location. Any opinions as to value/desirability or how to approach the leasing office would be welcome.
