What it's like to live here

The building has alot of pros and cons. Pros, you are close to everything. The con is you HEAR everything. The street noise is unbelievable. As you walk up and down the street you see various building under construction which mean large trucks and honking all day and night. Also you are close to 5th avenue. Which means parade noise all the time, as the street is a outlet. But the location is very convenient to Central Park, Shopping and Transportation. It's ideal if you want to get around quickly. But if you are a light sleeper, or EVER want to open a window. Be prepared for the constant hum of NYC living.
