This condo is a mess! Although it is a new construction and it looks nice from the outside (and even the lobby), there are several problems with the units and the management. - The square footage advertised is definitely not accurate. This condo is a mess! Although it is a new construction and it looks nice from the outside (and even the lobby), there are several problems with the units and the management. - The square footage advertised is definitely not accurate. Our previous apartment was less than 1200 sqf, while this one at MAYA is advertised at 1250 sqf. The bedrooms and living room are about the same size, but there is only one small bathroom at the MAYA and a mini kitchen with shallow cabinets and not washer/dryer in the unit. - The ceiling is low, and in certain areas it gets even lower because of weird "bellies" that protrude from the ceiling. - There is a neighboring building (1 inch away) in construction (owned by the same landlords) which wasnt mentioned before we signed the lease. After the contract was signed they let us know that the construction crew would be building a scaffold on our terrace!! - the appliances dont work. [less]
