do not move into this building

This is a terrible building that is being mismanaged into the ground. Nothing gets fixed, we have no buzzer, the building is filthy, the "game room" and "lounge" is now padlocked off with ZERO notice to the tenants of building. We've had leaks, mice, stolen packages, you name it. And on top of it, no one from Douglas Elliman "Management" company will EVER email you back or fix anything. Cannot wait to move out of this dump. The brokers tying to get you into this apartment are slime and are lying to you. You'll be paying premium prices for literally nothing. You've been warned.
