I'm a current resident and I would do anything to get out of my lease. Terrible management at this building, not to mention that leasing office will make any and all promises to get you to move in, total lies and BS. NONE of the amenities are even done yet. Fees are insane, residents will pay $400/mo to use the pool, and pay $50 per guest per day to have a guest use the pool. Don't waste your time here.
