Discussion about 200 East 87th Street in Yorkville
We are tenants in 200 E 87th Street. We received notice that the lender has foreclosed on the property. Accordingly, substantial maintenance needs are no longer being met. For example, the elevator is no longer being repaired. Beware of signing a lease in this building under the foreclosure is resolved.
