Discussion about 1 Dutch Street in Fulton/Seaport

The building still does not have amenities (rooftop, gym), despite broker claiming these would be ready 2-3 months ago. Heat and hot water were turned off four times this month (including on Christmas Eve and Christmas). I do not recommend this building to anyone.
