building at 354 Ocean Avenue

As a current tenant, I would strongly discourage anyone from renting an apartment in this building. The management company is highly inconsiderate and unresponsive. Not only did they leave the building without gas for an entire month without letting any tenants know what was going on or what steps were being taken to fix the problem, but I have also been trying to contact the manager for seven months to transfer the lease to my roommate. I have called hundreds of times, often 4-5 times/day, left my name and number with the administrative assistant, and have never once received a call back from the manager.
