Amazon Hire a Realtor for NYC

How do you guys think this will affect the NYC market if at all? Do you think they plan to alter the "standard" commission structure? Or just be a pure referral service? If they are planning to do more than just refer regular agents, do you think they'll take the easy way out like they did with Whole Foods and just buy StreetEasy (carveout from Zillow?), Hauseit, Nestio, Brownstoner etc.? Personally, I think the Zillow stock drop is over hyped. Hasn't Amazon been in the services sector for a while? Looking for a handyman referral on Amazon just hasn't seemed to catch on ...
