Discussion about The Sutton at 959 First Avenue in Turtle Bay
where does an owner stop his car,cab,to get out or unload? building directly on 1st ave bicycle lane,,then parking islands.then the street i have never seen any building so poorly planned.... MOVERS?? FREIGHT?? DELIVERIES??? WHERE???
