Lincoln Terrace- front apt. noise from street

Discussion about Lincoln Terrace at 165 West 66th Street in Lincoln Square
I went to see a low-floor apt. facing W. 66th St. Does anyone know if there would be much noise from fire engine sirens (from station across street) or general noise from kids going to/from the nearby high school?
