I lived in this bldg for less than 6 months. AWFUL. Broke my lease and threatened to sue landlord because of bed bug infestation, as well as a seemingly never ending renovation to the lobby and courtyard area. Naturally they let me out because they had no other choice. Also these apartments are incredibly noisy, with absolutely no insulation between apartments. I could hear people sneezing and coughing all day. Like having roommates. Keep away! You have been warned.
