Discussion about 210 East 21st Street in Gramercy Park
Hi all, wondering if anybody has information on this building. I have been watching it for a while as I consider buying in -- it looks like many apartments come up for sale, and at a price below what's otherwise available in Gramercy; is there a hidden flaw to the building or a reason why the apartments go for cheaper? How is it living there? Thanks for any insight!
