I've been a tenant for three years in the building and have had a rat problem for three years. Despite my continued complaints and photo evidence sent to building management and super about the many rats I've caught, and the rat urine and feces found on my furniture, clothes, and bed (!), the problem has not been fixed. This is a sanitation and health issue yet the building management does nothing. Further, the building routinely lacks hot water in the morning.
