Congratulations to Catarina and Patrice on their exclusive! SBT is a great community! I have lived at SBT for over 10 years. At 77 Fulton St. and currently at Beekman St. Many co-ops have terraces and breathtaking views. Amenities include parking, landscaped courtyards, private playgrounds, fitness center, storage, etc. DeLury Park (in front of 77 Fulton St) is maintained by the NYC Parks Dept. and SBT volunteers, like me.
