Discussion about South Park Tower at 124 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square
Building constantly issues no water days; street always has construction (right now ConEd has ripped 60th street apart and there's constant noise); and a new homeless guy decided to take residence between this building and the adjacent one; no access to rooftop all summer.
