I am negotiating a contract with the sponsor, terms mentions giving power of attorney to the condo board of managers and also to the sponsor. My question is POA to the condo board of managers for managing common elements is OK but why give POA to the sponsor who is no longer the head of condo board of managers and is selling all the apts.?
