Discussion about 150 West 51st Street in Midtown
I have buyers looking in to this building that always question why there are so many units listed for rent. Keep in mind the building allows 30-day minimum rentals so there is constant turnover. As an investor, short-term rentals present opportunity for higher rental income. Keep this in mind when considering the building!
