Bedbug, stinky hallway, noise, homeless people

Can this building get any worse? There is a homeless shelter right around the corner of the building, no wonder they seem to never able to get rid of the bedbug problem. Every month there is a new report of unit infested with bedbug. And don't get me start with the stinky smell in the hallway. Trash chute doors are sticky that you don't want to touch, and Chinese people cook with their doors open to let the smell out. Noise, 24x7 from Broadway and a few construction sites around. Homeless people are permanently hanging out by the yard and defecate in the alley. My Lease is up in 6 months but Cannot wait to leave.
