Four Park Avenue - Mouse Problem

Discussion about Four Park Avenue at 66 East 34th Street in Midtown South
Be aware that Four Park Avenue has a mouse problem - especially if you have a pet and dog food is down in the apartment. They run around during the day and night - in the stove and air conditioning. Management is uninterested in doing anything other than putting down traps, which means constant mouse droppings, emptying traps, squeaking during the night - it's very unnerving!!!
