Discussion about 35 West 85th Street in Upper West Side
Stay away from properties related to these jokers! Rickety old buildings. No maintenance (I can't believe it says it has a live-in super... where was he? hidden in the crappy basement?). Poor safety. Irrational landlord (owner and family). Unscrupulous real estate broker (Laurel Penn). So glad I got away.
