Some of you can't read, Some of you are waaay too lazy, Some clients know more than you about the biz, Some of you don't even KNOW what your clients want, Some of you make last minute appts, and then don't show w/o even calling, And you wonder why we have such a bad rep? Have some F'ing courtesy/decency to your colleagues, tenants, clients, mgmt companies, etc... - Rant over
