This building is infamous for its slumlord Hamid Khan. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE BUILDING PAINTING! There are mice/ rats spotted in the trash chutes and apartments; roaches are just daily residents that co-habit with you. No professional exterminator services provided. The super is very lazy, and will only respond to emergencies such as flooding toilet unless you keep calling 311 for inspection.
