Discussion about 5th Street Lofts (5SL) at 5-09 48th Avenue in Hunters Point

Doe anyone have thoughts on 2N? I'm appalled that it's currently priced at 956 per sq ft. The layout looks difficult to work with without room for a real dining area. Obviously the seller is trying to take advantage of the lack of condo units in the area, however, with all the new surrounding developments close to finished, inventory will hugely increase making this apartment less valuable as an investment. Thoughts?
