This building is horrible! Don't move here. Elevator is constantly broken. I have seen rats in the trash/laundry room. Dryers don't work very well so you have to spend $5 to dry something. Super is not helpful. It's old. It's cold. It's poorly managed. It's overpriced for the area. Plumbing is old. Area is NOT safe at night.
