BUILDING SOLD? all tenants have received a letter from management stating that all apartments need to be accessed and that detailed surveys and measurements need to be taken by a consultant. the Park Lane Hotel directly next door will be torn down and a glass tower built. has 40 Central Park South been sold as well? Thanks for any input.
