(Discussing The Croft Building) I'm not sure how to read this listing but I don't quite understand what's going on. The "Market Data" section shows 10 current sales and 3 past sales but the "Building Activity" section shows 44 Past Sale Listings that cover 18 different apartments (the other 26 entries don't have an apartment listing). Does "Building Activity" just mean anything (i.e. listing change, open house, in contract, sale, etc)? It's pretty unclear right now.
