Discussion about Twenty9th Park Madison at 39 East 29th Street in NoMad
Any thoughts or opinions on this neighborhood? When I ask people about the location, most people's initial response is "that doesn't seem too bad". However, when I walk around the neighborhood, I get a little nervous about buying here. Do you think the Gansevoort Hotel will make a big difference in this area?
