Discussion about 72-11 110th Street in Forest Hills

had the displeasure of dealing with this building in a recent sale. the broker did a fantastic job of trying to get as much information as possible to make sure the sale went through efficiently, but the board - being self-managed - was incredibly disorganized, unhelpful, and plain rude. i urge everyone to reconsider buying in this mess of a co-op. we've already wasted a ton of money on our attorney for a sale that was doomed to fail. don't even waste your time.
