The Carlton

Units at this condo were over 75% sold according to the agent at Carlton. I see only a few units that were actually sold on various websites and lots went to rental directly. Does anyone know the true status of this development? Also, what is your take on pricing? Clinton Hill seems to go under 600/sqf but the asking at Carlton is over 750/sqf, the equivalent of the pricing in Park Slope. Given the uncertainty around this bldg (i.e., vacant lots and torn down houses), the pricing seems ridiculously high to me. I'd love to hear your views from those who are familiar with the area.
