Anyone know this development? Saw the article on Curbed about the pricechops. They look mildly attractive. Close subway. Across the street from Prospect Park. It's no Park Slope, but neither do the prices claim it is. Exterior could be nicer, but so could many things in life if you get down to it. I'm not too familiar with area. Maybe someone else is? (yes I will check it out but wanted ot hear from people that may have lived in the area for years) Feels like prices could go even lower with this one. Thoughts?
