Discussion about Sutton East at 345 East 56th Street in Sutton Place
Maintenance seems very high (and has increased the last few years) and sellers seem to be asking unrealistic prices for units based on the building (hence, why apartments are listed for significant amounts of time and not selling)...any insights?
