This building was not yet licensed for occupancy when they started leasing, yet most leases were signed months in advance with a moving in feb 28th.
Now they are saying that only a few of the upper floors have a permit, so no one can move in yet until all floor have a permit.. which nobody seems to know when that will happen..
People are screwed now after being promised to move in end of Feb. This is mainly the broker's fault for promising things they can't deliver, and two the developer's who seems to not care about the occupants once he got the money..
