How is DKLB BKLN now?

Discussion about 80 Dekalb at 80 DeKalb Avenue in Fort Greene
I am interested in moving into a luxury building between Park Slope and Downtown Brooklyn and went for a tour of DKLB. It seems nice, but I would love to read some experiences from renters before I take the plunge. Most reviews online are from one or two years ago and it would be great to have something more recent to base my judgment on. Anyone on here live(d) there?
