Living at this building has been one of the worst experiences of my life. From the continued construction that coats the apartment in dust to a management team that does not know what they are doing, making appointments and not keeping them to flat out lying to you about things being done. Beware renting in this building is like overpaying for a small piece of hell and working with Jordan Cooper and Associates is like dealing with the devil.
